Cancellation Requests must be submitted 3 business days (Monday - Friday) before the next scheduled payment in your billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
Check-in services remain active for the remainder of your current billing cycle, if your request is submitted within 3 business of the next schedule payment.
All cancellation requests made in the first 3 months of service, will be processed to terminate at the end of the 3 month commitment.
Cancellation Requests cannot be post-dated.
